During my last three and half years at UIUC, I had the incredible opportunity to immerse myself in the world of technical direction. This program gave me the resources I needed to develop my skills, explore my passion for creating immersive and innovative scenery, and collaborating with like-minded individuals who shared my enthusiasm for what we do as technical directors.

From designing automation to rigging scenery, my education at UIUC provided me with incredible skill in scenic technology. These core years at UIUC not only expanded my knowledge but also instilled in me a deep appreciation for the artistry and craftsmanship that goes into creating unforgettable stage experiences.

Today, I can proudly affirm my ability to competently oversee projects and teams, manage costs related to labor and materials, and most importantly, drive innovation in the field.
